It is another disease that is currently receiving attention. The more technology and social trends cause panic, the more you feel panic. But do you know that panic is actually a disease caused by the automatic nervous system malfunctioning?

Panic  disorder is not caused by panic disorder, but  by sudden decrease in hormones, causing abnormal brain chemicals similar to electrical short circuits, resulting in malfunctioning nerves, disrupted brain function, causing the brain to release panic chemicals. After panic symptoms subside, patients often feel weak and have little energy and worry that the symptoms will recur.

Panic attacks

Since panic is a disease caused by a hormonal disorder that causes a short circuit in the brain, the symptoms that occur are varied. Not everyone has the same symptoms, but most people will have symptoms of a palpitations, feeling like they are about to die, and other symptoms as follows:

  • Heart palpitations, rapid heartbeat, chest tightness
  • Sweating, trembling hands and feet
  • Rapid breathing, shallow breathing, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing
  • Dizzy, unsteady, feeling faint
